最近暑假很認真減肥...我16160了....最瘦是52超想哭的...早餐...吃之前會喝一瓶益菌多早餐會注意熱量...都吃7-11大概都吃400卡以下的(最近早上吃焗烤...不過才380不知道是真是假...連吃三天)中午飯吃很少...先吃青菜再吃一點肉...不會吃到很飽晚上....只吃青菜&兩口飯...吃完過一下子我就會吃水果....(水梨
