其實是有兩個問題要問!
1.這一兩個禮拜,有幾天嘗試拉速度死命衝完3K,
昨天再去跑步,身體變得很沉,完全使不上力,只能慢慢跑,
是因為前幾天連續狂衝關係導致疲勞爆發嗎?
2.有時候持續跑一段時間,中間日子有事情不能跑,
因此休息幾天再跑時感覺狀態很好?還是自我感覺良好?
有休息幾天,身體會恢復最佳狀態這說法嗎?
如果有,休息幾天會是最佳狀態?
