有人先游泳或訓練肌力再跑步的嗎? - 路跑 Road Running

因為自己游泳可以一直游-游2-3小時都可以,跑步或騎飛輪就很累,連30分都沒有
主要是大腿很痠導致做不下去,但是體力整體有上升沒錯。
我想請問大家,我應該先按照教練說的
a.訓練肌力-用健身房的器材做3組器材、每個做10下就好,還是
b.繼續游泳
我個人是比較想跑步、也喜歡跑步,不喜歡騎腳踏車,而游泳我覺得實在太花時間。
我想問怎樣讓大腿不要那麼快痠-----要先用a.器材訓練還是先b.游泳來訓練提升肌力?
還是c.就繼續跑,管他痠不痠?
請問有人有經驗嗎?
坦白說,我以前跑步不會痠的,我國中也75kg吧,但跑步不會痠。可能跟我國小是班上跑100、200m的選手有關吧?因國小有運動,所以國中即使肥也不會痠?(我猜的)
