目前月跑量:100K以上
目前周跑量:25K以上(大多都是10+10+5.2 or 10+8+8)
目前周跑次數:3-4次
目前習慣單次跑量:10K
LSD最高距離:18K
目前習慣跑速:7分半-8分速
地點:大學的PU操場
時間:大多都是晚上
請問如何提升跑速,期望可以7分速跑完21K半馬為目標(2hr30分內目標)
4/30之前月跑量約30-40K(每周10K/次,遇下雨不跑)
從5/1開始月跑量100K,周跑25K(遇到下雨少跑的會隔週補掉)
目前5月有完成目標,6月持續維持中
若要增加跑速(不刻意揠苗助長),是要往哪個方向努力呢?
增加月跑量重要比較有幫助,還是單次跑量?
還是有其他建議,希望強者們可以不吝指教,謝謝
