最近好累 怎麼辦 - 路跑 Road Running

本來除了生理期以外 一週都會跑個三次到四次(40至50分鐘)
但最近不知道怎麼了 是太熱還是太煩
星期一跑20分鐘 昨天跑27分鐘 今天等會就知道
跑步也會有倦怠期這種東東嗎
以前都可以跑到30分鐘才想到意志力這件事
昨天才前10分鐘就在想了 然後在27分鐘的時候跌倒了
而且一直想吃東西 阿!!

想給出我的全部
只要我還有能力 我要把愛都給出去
這是我一輩子都想做的事
不再懼怕 失落受傷 我會學著承接
因為這樣的付出 讓我開心
我始終是一個這樣本質的人
