小弟從25歲因為減肥才開始接觸跑步
目前是168/62
剛開始練三個月左右
上禮拜日有去參加國道馬10k試水溫
發現我最後一公里用8.5成力左右跑沒到全力就破200 (溫度高+沒睡飽的狀態)

後來昨天有去夜跑用跟以前訓練差不多的速度跑發現心率有下降的跡象
8/29 5:47 平均心跳177 平均最高 196 當天最高201

想請問最大心率會不會因為長期訓練而降低?周邊朋友覺得我心率太高很危險對身體不好
