大家好,小女子自六月十五日以來,每日都跑操場(400M)十圈,
但七月底驗收成果時,好像感覺持平,但體態有好一些…,於是
想再加強圈數…八月一日起,每日去跑十五圈,直到最近二.三
天,開始有了怪跡象,就是我前一日可以跑完十五圈,但隔一日
再去跑時,只能跑五圈,甚至只有三圈,當下的感覺是腿軟…我
連站都站不好了…所以我就趕快回家,因為騎車也騎不太穩…可
以問問大家,這樣我該如何加強?我晚餐都有吃,但都吃七.八分
飽…有勞各位了…謝謝。
