最近特地早起跑步,但時間又不足以悠哉的吃完早餐消化一陣才跑。
請問半小時跑五公里是否要先吃點東西才開始跑還是都不吃直接硬上呢XD
雖然吃或不吃跑的狀況都還正常,但還是想參考大家的經驗。
如果建議補充點養分才開始跑步,一顆奇異果或一根香蕉可以嗎...
