早上跑步的問題 - 路跑 Road Running

各位愛好跑步的跑友大家好,小弟心中一直有一個疑惑,
就是一大早剛起來時到底適不適合來個長跑(3000~5000)
因為以我個人的經驗,我是覺得好像不太適合,我覺得大概
傍晚4點多跑最恰當.
當然這只是我自己的感覺,我覺得我每次早上跑步身體感覺
沒有傍晚跑步來的好,所以才想問問大家是否和我ㄧ樣
還是只是自己的心理作用霸了
我是好像有聽說就是有人覺得早上剛起來,身體的器官
經過一整夜的休息,馬上就跑3000~5000多等等
好像不太適合,早上起來比較適合緩和一點的運動,到傍晚再來跑比較好,
不知道大家覺得這的論點怎樣??
