平常練習的量一周三次 兩次8K一次14K
8K大概速度是5:50~6:00 14K 6:00~6:20
昨天跑一下7K剛好進6分
實在很害怕無法完賽 而且過年期間練習的量又減少了
有美國來的新藥可以吃嗎T_T
