我大概高中畢業後就比較少激烈運動了
平時工作為主 很少運動
高中距離今天10幾年
兩三個月前心血來潮跑過一次2KM的 我覺得還好
最近幾年比較激烈運動是四年前去爬鎮西堡XD
剛好最近朋友幫我報名6KM的新手路跑
因為本身有輕微心臟二尖瓣脫垂
應該不會有大礙吧
那麼如果最近才開始跑步
畢竟還有兩個月的時間準備
有需要做什麼準備嗎?
我是打算先跑2次/一週的2KM
再來進化3KM>>4KM這樣遞增?
還是說先跑看看自己的極限在哪??
