新手達成半馬的可能性 - 路跑 Road Running

阿婆一枚,今年40歲,去年春天開始跑步。
一般都是跑跑步機。
體重57kg, 身高165cm,每週健身兩天(有請教練),已經練一年半。
一開始跑4k, 再進階到5k, 9k, 10k。
去年最佳成績跑9k約62分完賽。
後來夏天太熱,沒再認真練習(我知道這是藉口啦)。
後來去年秋天參加12k的比賽,成績退步很多:01:38。
12月富邦9k的成績也不理想:01:14
平常沒有認真照什麼菜單在練,
現在想要參加4月底的半馬,
開始認真練習的話,不知可行性如何?
還是我乖乖爬回去跑10k即可?
(但是有點想挑戰看看)
是否有建議的菜單?
練習LSD的話需要多長的距離?
週跑量要達到多少?配速多少為佳?

我每次跑都沒辦法連續跑超過十分鐘,都是跑5~6分鐘後要走一下再接著跑
有點氣餒…不知是心肺還是肌力的問題?
