想請問各位跑友,參加路跑賽事的時候想要穩定節奏
所以都不想要停下來補給,跑半馬的時候最多就經過拿飲料或水稍微補充,有些賽事補給的其實還不錯,有烤乳豬、雞,牛排等等 ,想請問是否可以完賽的時候在回去最後一個補給點大快朵頤?
