新手練習&運動中心 - 游泳討論

最近剛開始學游泳
目前只會打水前進,還不會換氣也不會仰漂,現在正在練習側身打水跟划手
教練叫我自己平時去運動中心多練習,不然這樣上課沒進度
想請教也在奮鬥學游泳的版友,
你們除了上課之外一星期練習幾次啊?(或是多久練習一次?)
另外上次有去松山運動中心,喜歡他練習區域(因為下方有墊高比較淺有安全感XD),
可是我老是被練習走路和練習游泳的人的方向弄得好亂。。。。
不是應該是右去左回嗎?我老是被同進同出的大媽撞到或打到。。。。
而且松山人好多離我又遠,最近發現大安運動中心離我比較近且又大!
想請問大安運動中心50公尺水道後方的25米水道開放給一般民眾練習嗎?
還是只供那邊學員的上課使用?
有哪個區域是可以慢慢練習游且可以停下來的?
還有側身打水身體怎樣才會知會道自己身體有沒有筆直啊?
每次一開始側身,人就歪掉,下半身也開始往下沉,打水完全無法前進。。。。
新手上路問題很多請大家多多包涵解答>"<
