新手第一次參加21K - 路跑 Road Running

我打算報名4月26日的台南新營郵局春季路跑21K
但我已經兩年沒跑步
我身高158公分體重49公斤
兩年前我是每週四天跑4000公尺約30分鐘
以不累不受傷為前提的非常慢的慢跑
目前唯一的持續運動是滑雪
但使用的肌肉群應該是不同的
若我從2月20日開始重新練習跑步
到4月26日參加半馬,希望在2.5H完成
請問是有可能的嗎?
或是再多練習一個月比較恰當呢
