新手的長距離訓練 - 路跑 Road Running

新手提問 想請教各位前輩
因為自己是新手 目前每週大概跑3-4天
距離自我訓練已到6-7k左右了
雖然跑的很慢 (7分/km) 還是ㄧ步步跑
但現在只有週末才能比較長距離練耐力
自認為應該沒辦法到20.30k起跳…
可是又想練練耐力…orz
應該要跑多長比較恰當又不受傷呢?
有爬文說…不適合超過2.5h
是不是該慢慢跑…拉長到2.5h
還是以平常速度跑到不能跑為止?
因為身邊都沒有喜歡跑步的朋友
