新手半馬跑步機訓練配速問題 - 路跑 Road Running

被朋友激勵下報了台北馬半馬
但是完全沒有路跑經驗 現在才開始想到底該怎麼訓練><
目前運動習慣是 平時一週雖然運動5~6天 但因為喜歡多變的運動類型
其中只有1~2天慢跑 其他天為飛輪、羽球或重訓
每次慢跑為35分鐘 跑5.2~5.4k左右 (再長就覺得跑不動而且無聊)
戶外跑都是自己憑感覺抓速 在跑步機上跑定速8.8k 坡度調2
最近想要試著把時間拉長到10k試試
想要請問版上各位大大要怎麼配速比較好?
如果是跑步機跑10k 我應該無法定速8.8k跑完 但是要怎麼調整比較好呢?
