大家好,
想請教各位初半馬目標1hr50m該如何練習?
(打算2014下半年參加)
女生,27歲,155cm,47kg
持續跑步習慣即將滿一年
目前最遠只跑過10k,51分左右
5k曾跑過24分半多(路跑活動),平常練習大概25~26分
一週3~4天跑操場5k。
