請問一下,我之前在精華區裡面有找到一篇關於游泳時全身肌肉的使用比率
可是,若是應用在抬頭蛙和抬頭捷上好像就不太一樣...
我游抬頭蛙時,最累的地方是背部...而抬頭捷是上半身都很累 @.@
請問有人知道抬頭蛙及抬頭捷使用的肌群部位嗎?
如果習慣這兩式的話,會建議取代原本的蛙式及捷式嗎?
