打全場體力下滑很快 - 籃球

本板首po不太確定選什麼分類 就選其他了
餓死抬頭
本人自認腿的耐力還算可以
就是跑千六在班上能跑前幾名
但是還是很快就會累
想問有什麼訓練方法可以改善這個情況
朋友有說 跑操場
直道用衝的 彎道就慢慢走跑
也有人說練核心 那有什麼建議的方式呢
或是有什麼竅門可以節省體力
