如標題,我個人以為:一般而言,自學的初學者不適合拿硬七
首先,我需要定義我說的"自學初學者":自學初學者是具有以下特徵的人
1.沒有經正規訓練
2.沒有教練
3.偶爾會跟別人play
好的,先分享一個我觀察的實例:
我所屬的球隊裡,有一位初學的同學,他手上拿著stiga clipper wood,這應該是一隻
典型硬七。問題來了,我觀察到他擊球結構出現了以下問題:
1.動作沒做完整
2.不敢發力
3.沒有弧圈球,以為他退後帶是弧圈
我推測造成問題的原因:
造成問題1的原因:CL硬且快,若沒控好,他一出力球就飛了,所以他自動簡化了動作
且CL重,在肌力沒跟上前,為了增加擺速,所以他自動簡化了動作
而且跟別人play時,怪動作可能使對手迷惑,讓他感覺良好
造成問題2的原因:他怕出力會飛走
跟別人play時,他借力反而不易失誤,所以就上癮了
造成問題3的原因:硬七較適合撞擊打快攻,弧圈相對弱,他自然地走向撞擊,而沒有
"咬"的感覺,且沒有適當的教練為他建立圈的概念
綜合以上,我覺得,若沒有教練自學,比較建議使用軟五.七或硬五夾學
或者,先不要跟別人play~
很多基本功,雖然初練的時候不適合拿來play,但是他們真的真的很重要,
基本功是進階技術的基礎,基礎穩固了,上面的東西自然能很厲害
有耐心地練.練.練練練! 加油!!
