我想在一個月內瘦3-4公斤,能越多是最好的,但我最好就是3-4公斤。最近我有搖呼拉圈和正常吃早、中、晚餐,其餘時間都沒吃除了喝水。2星期才瘦了一公斤。是我方法錯了,還是我運動太少?能告訴我運動:跑步、搖呼拉圈。瘦的時間會很快嗎?還有吃的,因為現在放寒假,所以睡的很晚,所以是早
