連著跳兩節有氧之後
我發現之前pt警告我的話是真的
我今天階梯跳到一半 大腿前側就痛到跳不下去了
腳掌也很痛
可惜了今天超sexy的舞步
本來想說 就放開給他好好地性感一下的...
(小白姊姊今天穿斜肩的衣服唷)
結果 就只好收了階梯 坐在教室外看他們把所有的舞步run一遍
再進去收操
我真的累了 但也有可能是老了
故是 再在此嚴正地告訴各位(特別是新人)
有氧別兩節連著跳! 即使中間有三十分鐘的休息也別
