就是某次吳湧老師的step課完
我心想 反正明天不忙 等等接著上拉丁課好了
結果~~ 暖身的時候要抖肩(有人又說那是搖胸部)
我就受傷了 我的肩胛骨跟背都痛到不行
只好黯然退出有氧教室
回家休息很多天...
後來 我就再也不會抖肩了 Q_Q
拉丁很多動作都是我的致命傷
包括抖肩 推肚子然後轉圈 蓮花落的手指等等
所以後來都跟funky味很重的high的拉丁
他的暖身至少有五首歌 超棒的...都不用擔心抖肩膀會受傷
真的唷 我的第一個運動傷害...就是抖肩膀..
