特別是繞階梯時的洽洽
身體重心要轉移 身體有點壓低
跳的時候要輕一點
落下來的時候 除了重心移轉 手部也可以稍微帶動
然後看起來跟跳起來就真的很輕了~~
當然 要親自試範會更清楚
