我游仰式比較容易小腿抽筋? - 游泳討論

自學已經很久了…
一般游自由式一、二百都沒問題,
只是常常游一下仰式,左腳小腿就會緊緊的,常游不到50m
就有抽筋的感覺,不知是不是腳踢的方式不太對?
我游自由式是二邊換氣,腳應該是二拍子踢水,就是慢慢踢的感覺…
但仰式踢的比較多下,書上好像也說仰式是六拍踢水,而且是向上踢,
會不會是踢得太用力還是什麼地?不太了解…仰蛙就很輕鬆…
