我最近再減肥,我的方法是~早上吃一顆蘋果加上一小杯的桂格燕麥片,因為想說蘋果熱量熱量低又營養,可是他始終是蘋果,所以喝點燕麥片來達成互補中餐吃素食,一碗素麵,裡面有加蛋(想說補充蛋白質)晚餐再吃一顆蘋果加上一小杯燕麥片吃完晚餐休息30分鐘,在慢跑30~40分鐘除了燕麥片外,我都只喝水,每天大
