我應該繼續練姿勢跑法嗎? - 路跑 Road Running

小魯我是一個超級新手(剛開始跑1個多禮拜)
前幾天無意間發現有姿勢跑法這種東西想來試試看
看完徐國峰老師的演講後大致抓到的重點是
要拉腿不要蹬、前傾角度越大腿拉越高速度越快、用前腳掌著地
還有就是換腳的時候著地點跟重心連起來的線與地面垂直
我也有借『跑步,該怎麼跑?』來看,但我自認我有閱讀障礙
從小到大沒完整看完任何一本書,看了幾頁魂就又飄不見了TT
我原本的跑法是用腳跟著地,跑步沒什麼聲音,也沒什麼不舒服
只是頂多可能前一天跑超出極限隔天爬樓梯膝蓋會痛
但改成姿勢跑法後,跑步聲音噠噠噠噠噠很明顯,有點笨重的感覺
而且著地時會有鞋底跟地板刷刷刷的摩擦聲
不知道是不是腳不太靈活,跑第二次右腳踝就拉傷了
爬了爬文腳踝要放鬆,但我一放鬆又變成腳跟先著地了
個人是扁平足會不適合這種跑法嗎?
