我想瘦腰..大腿從65KG受到57KG如果不吃才是達到最快的效果嗎??或是該怎麼吃才比較妥當達到目的如果只能在家做運動不是在外的(打籃球..慢跑)那要做什麼運動才能瘦腰..大腿呢
