我可以在一個月內跑半馬嗎? - 路跑 Road Running

慢跑經歷:兩年半(有中斷) 還沒有參加過正式路跑
平常訓練:
週末:1-2天 6.5miles/1hr
周間:3-4天 2.2miles/25mins(去)-->健身房weight training-->2.2miles/25mins(回
哩數可能不準 因為我GPS怪怪的=_=
但是時間都很固定
一小時跑完感覺是蠻輕鬆的 但是膝蓋會酸...
請問各位前輩這樣的體力可以在4/13跑半馬嗎?
不要跑跑走走的
如果有訓練的建議也請指教~!
