兩年沒有游泳,最近又開始跑游泳池,
剛開始看泳池中的人都游得很快,
擔心自己擋到路所以也一直狂游,
結果只游了200M就開始很喘,
換氣的時候也覺得節奏抓不好,很容易感到胸痛,
回家後還全身肌肉痠痛,當時只覺得是自己太久沒運動了,
後來某天剛好游泳池人少,我就龜速的游,
游了幾趟發現不太容易累,也不會有缺氧的感覺,
回到家肌肉也不怎麼酸..
游得快覺得很喘胸很痛,感覺是不正確的運動方式,
可是悠哉地游,真的有運動到嗎?@@
請問怎麼游才能真正達到鍛鍊體能的效果呢?
