慢跑時的體力問題 - 路跑 Road Running

慢跑前通常晚餐會多吃點,或者是跑前喝一些東西如麥香紅茶,
或是咖啡,補充一點熱量, 以免跑到一半,肚子會餓
但是有時好像也不是感覺肚子在餓,
也不是感覺在喘, 而是覺得有點無力,
請問這也是訓練的過程之一嗎?
慢慢跑肌耐力也就越來越好?
還是其實我應該是肚子在餓? XD
