或許是真的傷到左小腿(內傷)所以不管休息二週或四天...雖然感覺左小腿"並無"酸痛感像一般正常可以跑跳碰...暖身運動約10-15分拉筋與走路一圈操場後慢跑完後(約15-20圈最外圈大學操場的大小)左筋就開始"發作"!!!!約3-7天後酸疼感才消失但又開始慢跑後"慣性"左小腿筋又發作了...難道我�
