一次約跑3K~5K
跑前都有做操拉筋,跑後也有
跑時腰直,腳跟先著地,扁平足
跑完後走樓梯時,每次腳都很抖而且無力,整個人快往前摔
隔天也還會有一點
在此請益各位改良方法T_T
