慢跑及重訓之順序~ - 路跑 Road Running

大家好....我又來問問題了冏~
先前曾經跟各位前輩們說我目前跑步會大腿有點酸 甚至有時會有一點痛痛的感覺。
果然休息1~2天有用,目前就好一些了^^(推文中建議的LSD我還在研究||)
最近辦了重訓證,打算增加我的肌耐力,每次到重訓室就會看到一堆男生在器材邊,加上
我也不太會使用.....所以前幾次只做了1 2台機器XD
今天難得空曠許多,就迫不及待去使用,不只腿部,連肩 腰 上胸冏 蝴蝶機?! 都做~
之後直接去跑跑步機,沒想到才剛開始跑,我的小腿前側就好酸阿...狀況不佳令人灰心
可是剩下的兩公里我就跑得快多了,步伐也踏得蠻大(共6.6K),最後用愉快的慢跑1小時跑
完7.5K~~
是因為太久沒運動(3天)/因為先做重訓/因為跑步前沒拉筋(我想說重訓就有拉到筋了>"<
且我還先快走了400M呢) 才會沒跑多肌肉就跟我抗議了.......T.T
麻煩大家提供寶貴的意見了!
