想跟田中馬的3:30列車 - 路跑 Road Running

之前為了初馬有努力跑了4個月的250KM (高雄馬)
之後跑量就維持再200附近,也沒針對全馬再做
訓練,其中5月有再跑了一場平地馬,兩場成績都是3:42
最近才發現忘了練LSD ,這個月跑量努力拉到300KM看看
有跟朋友練了800亞索 2:55*8趟 休2:45
去跟很熱又有點緩坡的3:30田中馬列車,大家覺得成功率大嗎?
