我最近在準備全馬,正把跑量慢慢增加中
但是當週跑量增加到40K時,腿在跑步時有痠的感覺,而且速度已經拉不起來了
參加賽事時的成績比以前週跑20~30K還差... Orz
上週跑量增加到70K,連走路都覺得腳有痠的感覺,且肌肉硬梆梆,跑起來好辛苦... ~"~
想請問版上各位跑量大的先進
1.如果每天跑,要如何讓肌肉不過於疲勞? 吃什麼或做什麼有幫助嗎?
我目前有用滾筒滾肌肉,可是滾完好像沒有太明顯的改善.. 還是硬梆梆..
2.每天跑,肌力訓練怎麼辦?
我曾經在肌力訓練完隔天腿痠到跑不動啊~ 現在為了跑得動,都沒做肌力訓練了
我知道肌力很重要,可是我不知道該如何取捨?
我目前每天都跑,一天是恢復跑30分鐘,其餘六天有2天是速度訓練,其餘四天慢跑
課表是人家幫我開的,之前反應腳痠時,他有建議我慢跑可以跑慢一點
這週我又更慢了,練跑速度已經降到快6:30 min/K了,但不是刻意降的,而是真的跑不快.. 很挫折
之前去看醫生還被醫生說跑太少,至少要80K/週
可是我才跑60幾K就快hold不住了,我不懂我該如何加上去啊.....
能請各位先進分享經驗嗎? 感激不盡!!
