想請問大家一週的運動安排~ - 有氧運動 Aerobics

大家好,我是有氧版新手請多多指教^^
去健身房上課大概有半年了,
運動後生活變的好充實(下班趕著去健身房XD)
深深愛上combat,balance,pump,偶爾上有氧&瑜珈,其他則還沒嘗試過
最近發現上完combat後膝蓋有點痛痛的,有點緊張!
所以想上來請問各位前輩,以combat,pump跟balance來說的話
一個星期各上幾堂是最能讓身體修復不受傷的呢?
