我本來是一個吃不太胖的人.因為平常都有在運動.在家也都有用一些健身器材在維持自己的身材.本人對自己的身材還算滿意.但因為前幾個月因為打籃球而把腳踝扭傷了.結果這3.4個月都沒什麼運動.導致身材開始有點走樣.胸肌是還在啦!但自己之前苦練的六塊腹肌最下面的那兩塊居然變成了小腹!可能是我�
