今年二月跑了第3場全馬,發現沒在練真的越跑越爛
成績已在6.5H邊緣,就快要被回收車給收走了= ="

最近想要慢慢恢復訓練,然後挑戰超級馬拉松56K看看
目前預計訓練計畫如下:

每週去world gym健身3次 + 每週去台體田徑場慢跑1次
健身房會分三種不同的訓練,分別是跑跑步機、騎飛輪、深蹲硬舉
田徑場會跑12~15公里,時間大概是1H~1.5H
不知道這樣的訓練菜單,去跑超馬行不行...
很怕自己跑到狂抽筋或跑到有危險...(全馬跑到最後都很想叫警察或回收車載我走XD)
不曉得各位馬拉松好手有什麼建議?我這樣訓練OK嗎,會不會被超馬秒殺?
還是有人願意分享你的跑步訓練菜單?
PS.以前都會跑到股四頭肌和小腿肌抽筋,但自從重訓之後就比較不會,所以有特別排進去
