目前我161公分,54公斤看起來是沒有很胖但就是有肉肉的感覺穿牛仔褲很不好看今年高三畢業馬上就要上大學了所以想要趕快瘦下來我想要請問如果我早餐正常吃,午餐正常少量然後晚上不吃去跑操場,約20~25分鐘每天持續。Q1:這樣一個月可以至少可以減多少?(就是一定可以減掉的分量)Q2:慢跑可以全身瘦
