想問適合新手的輕量間歇菜單 - 路跑 Road Running

目前是個新手菜鳥 女生
10公里差不多跑60分鐘...
因為速度一直無法進步了
有人推薦我練間歇
可是爬了很多間歇的文看得霧煞煞...
很多會用配速跑跟跑幾秒來標示
可是我跑的時候根本不知道自己正在跑幾分速啊...
身體的感覺只有分 快跑 慢跑 走路 這三種
目前別人建議的菜單是衝400走400 10次共8公里
這樣OK嗎?還是有其他建議呢
