我高中3年級生~身高170~!!新手,想利用寒假的早上來鍛鍊自己的籃球技巧!!!我想知道我每天應該做些什麼練習!!以及練習方法!!還有...我該做些什麼訓練來增加自己的爆發力..彈跳力...等等(哪些體能訓練...)應該練哪些部位的肌肉讓自己打球更有效率呢??(主要想成為[後衛-PG]這類型得球員...)那該做些什麼練��
