過去一年有乖乖練跑
頻率大概是2天跑一次
學校操場或河堤
跑量如下:
2019/8 : 100k
2019/9 : 100k
2019/10 : 110k
2019/11 : 150k
2019/12 : 151k (台北馬21k-1'56)
2020/1 : 170k
2020/2 : 170k
2020/3 : 190k
2020/4 : 190k
2020/5 : 175k
2020/6 : 200k
2020/7 : 200k
2020/8 : 200k
2020/9 : 81k (國道馬21k-1'51)
2020/10 : 目前0
因為9月動了個小手術
醫生說大概要國慶才准開始跑
10月底有長榮21k
11月初13k小比賽
12月台北馬21k
1月渣打21k
3個禮拜完全沒跑
現在感覺身體超級生疏
而且開始惰性超強
有點慌不知道月底還有2周
可以怎麼練來恢復
還是就放牛吃草?
好像有點可惜
我的年度目標小小的
就是台北馬進步到1'4X
有朝一日破百這樣
有沒有跑友有停跑再起的經驗?
希望能找回感覺..
