快不起來 - 路跑 Road Running

女生,35歲,四月開始跑步。
七月開始每次跑12km,平均配速6'10"/km,這樣也跑十次了。
然後我十月報了一個10km的比賽,希望能跑進60分內,59分也好。於是我昨天一開始就用
5'40"~6'00"左右的速度跑,然後也不知道幾公里後變慢,最後只能撐完10km,而且最後
的平均速度依然是6'10"/km 。我發現自己不管跑8,10,12公里速度都差不多。
所以我這個方法不但速度一樣,能跑的距離還更短了,請問應該怎麼練習才能提速呢?感
