心臟出問題惹???? - 路跑 Road Running

暖身收操:都有5分鐘以上
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
事情是這樣子的,上禮拜天參加了頭城兩棲越野跑
全長13.8公里,我跑了1小時34分鐘
全程都有盡量維持相同頻率呼吸,每站都有喝水
不知是途中還是跑完開始心臟有點怪怪的
說不上是痛但是吐氣有感覺,吸氣感覺明顯一點
之後症狀慢慢減緩我也沒注意
休息2天後的今天學校辦了3K跑山活動
比賽前有點興奮心跳加快,我就感覺到微微的不適
比賽時我就特別注意保持頻率呼吸
完賽後就"明顯"感覺到吸氣心臟有痛感,吐氣症狀緩一點
這樣會不會是什麼心臟病還是會心肌梗塞啊?
沒聽說家族有心臟病,身材不胖都有保持在運動
飲食也算正常,有肉有菜有飯不吃太油與重口味
肺活量應該也不算差(練過游泳,3個月前才拿到救生執照)
請問我要不要去看醫生呢?還是繼續練心臟會變強?
禮拜天早上8點半跑完
我下午2點吃了份牛雞雙拼這樣很不健康嗎?
