有在每天練跑的人該喝多少水? - 路跑 Road Running

我每天早上都會晨跑大概一個小時(包括買早餐約5分鐘)
速度大概是6~7分速,
不過我發現我的飲水量好像有點多了
早上一杯250cc的無糖綠茶
工作時上午會喝掉約1200cc的水
下午會再喝掉另外1200cc的水
回到家可能會再喝杯250cc的水
加一加已經2900cc了
再加上日常飲食裡面也有水份
或者有時有煮湯又喝碗湯250cc.
應該一整天下來最少都超過3000cc.甚至到3500cc.
水喝起來我是不覺得勉強
上班時也是強迫自己一小時至兩小時至少上一次廁所
主要是很擔心很怕長期下來會不會不好
請問有建議有在路跑的人的建議喝水量嗎?
