剛開始練習蛙式踢腳時
別人都說我的肌肉太彊硬、緊張
要怎麼放鬆呀??
我承認有過溺水的經驗
但要修正動作還能理解
可是要我放鬆這麼抽象的盲點真的很難實現
另外在作蛙式動作時
若手一撥,要上來換氣時
身體就會沉下去
四肢就開始手忙腳亂像掙扎的落水狗= =
更別說能上來換氣了!!
有人勸我要手劃圓要小一點
不要超過肩膀
可是好像沒有用= =??
有人能解惑嗎??
