我發現自己的跑步姿勢不對
造成膝蓋一直受傷 跑不快又跑不遠
爬了板上很多文 看了書 還是不知道要如何自己修正錯誤的姿勢
所以決定徵約兩個禮拜~一個月的練跑教練
可以教我正確的跑步姿勢
和訓練我可以在短時間完成在7~8分鐘內跑完2KM的目標
我真的希望能夠和平常人一樣輕鬆的跑步
