目前的時段在一到四,晚間九點至十點左右
每周2或3次,因為繞操場很無聊所以都是路跑
基本上會跑個5~6K,有時後8~9K不定
配速大概是6:00~6:30/K
大多是從軍功/東山路口麥當勞開始
比較常跑的路線,基本上都沒什麼車蠻安全的
A-旱溪線-約5K

每條路線其實都可以再依狀況做長短調整
